為保障您（以下或稱用戶）的權益，請於註冊登錄使用Heartchat之服務前，詳細閱讀以下規定（以下簡稱本條款）。當您點選登录時，即表示您已詳細審閱並瞭解本條款，並同意完全遵守Heartchat之管理規章、規範。您瞭解您註冊成為Heartchat會員後，即可使用Heartchat所提供之各項服務
( 以下簡稱本服務
)，且表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款所有內容作為您與我們建立的有效法律協議。此外，當會員使用本服務時，還視為同意接受《Heartchat隱私權政策》等基礎性法律協議或規則，以及根據使用服務的情況同意、簽署、接受Heartchat中不時公佈、更新內容管理及處置條例、公告事項、個別服務之規範等其他法律協議，並遵守相關法律規定。如您未滿
20 歲，您應取得您的法定代理人（例父母、法定監護人）之允許始能註冊帳號。若您按下“登錄”之按鍵，即視為您已取得法定代理人之同意或符合法律行為之要件，並對本服務所有條款具有完全行為能力。

To protect your (hereinafter also referred to as the user) rights and interests, please carefully read the following
provisions (hereinafter referred to as these terms) before registering, logging in and using the services of Heartchat.
When you click to log in, it means that you have carefully reviewed and understood these terms and agreed to fully
comply with the management regulations and norms of Heartchat. You understand that after you register as a member of
Heartchat, you can use the various services provided by Heartchat (hereinafter referred to as this service), and it
indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of these terms as an effective legal
agreement established between you and us. In addition, when members use this service, they are also deemed to agree to
accept basic legal agreements or rules such as the "Heartchat Privacy Policy", and to agree, sign and accept other legal
agreements such as the content management and disposal regulations, announcements, and norms of individual services that
are announced and updated from time to time in Heartchat according to the situation of using the service, and abide by
relevant legal provisions. If you are under 20 years old, you should obtain the permission of your legal representative
(such as parents, legal guardians) before you can register an account. If you press the "login" button, it is regarded
as if you have obtained the consent of the legal representative or meet the requirements of legal acts, and have full
capacity for all the terms of this service.

一、帳號註冊與使用要求1.您同意於註冊加入新會員時提供詳實的個人資料（包括真實姓名及各項相關資料），您所登錄之資料若事後有所變更時，應隨時於線上更新。如您提供的個人資料有任何不實(如您使用虛偽不實之方式進行儲值，亦屬個人資料不實)
或誤導之嫌，Heartchat得隨時終止您的會員資格及使用各項服務之權利。2.您必須自行選擇您的帳號名稱以及密碼來建立帳號。若您的帳號名稱侵犯任何版權或商標，Heartchat保留刪除您帳號的權利。3.一個帳號在同一時間只能有一人使用。您在"Heartchat"的註冊帳號所有權及有關權益均歸"Heartchat"
所有，您完成註冊手續後僅享有該帳號的使用權。您必須就您的帳號及密碼的保管負全責；您並且同意您不會將帳號、密碼轉讓、出租或出借予他人使用。4.若您發現所擁有之帳號遭人非法使用或有任何異常破壞使用安全的情形時，請立即通知Heartchat；但若是因為您的保管疏失，導致帳號密碼遭他人非法使用時，Heartchat將不負責處理。5.您理解並同意，如您在註冊後連續超過

年未登入使用帳號，"Heartchat"有權隨時停用或刪除您帳號，此時帳號內點數將失效（法律另有規定者，從該規定）。6.當您希望永久停止使用您註冊的Heartchat帳號時，您可以根據我們提供的帳號註銷流程以註銷該帳號。請注意，為了保障您、Heartchat或其他相關人士的利益，我們會對您的帳號進行檢驗以確認是否允許您註銷該帳號。我們僅對您的註銷帳號行為進行必要的合理的驗證和檢查，並不會過度限制您的權利，若您的帳號存在我們認為不適宜註銷的情況，我們可能會限制您的帳號註銷行為。如需瞭解Heartchat帳號註銷相關流程或規則，請您查閱《帳號註銷協議》。
I. Account Registration and Use Requirements
1.You agree to provide accurate personal information (including real name and various related information) when
registering to join as a new member. If the information you have logged in changes later, it should be updated online at
any time. If there is any falsehood (such as if you use a false and untrue way to recharge, it also belongs to false
personal information) or suspicion of misguidance in the personal information you provide, Heartchat has the right to
terminate your membership and the right to use various services at any time.
2.You must choose your own account name and password to create an account. If your account name violates any copyright
or trademark, Heartchat reserves the right to delete your account.
3.One account can only be used by one person at the same time. All ownership and related rights and interests of the
registered account you have with "Heartchat" belong to "Heartchat". After you complete the registration procedures, you
only have the right to use this account. You must be fully responsible for the custody of your account and password; and
you also agree that you will not transfer, rent or lend your account and password to others for use.
4.If you find that the account you own is illegally used or there is any abnormal situation that damages the security of
use, please notify Heartchat immediately; but if it is due to your negligent custody that causes the account password to
be illegally used by others, Heartchat will not be responsible for handling it.
5.You understand and agree that if you do not log in and use the account for more than 1 consecutive year after
registration, "Heartchat" has the right to suspend or delete your account at any time, and at this time the points in
the account will expire (if there are other provisions in the law, follow those provisions).
6.When you wish to permanently stop using the Heartchat account you registered, you can cancel this account according to
the account cancellation process we provide. Please note that in order to protect the interests of you, Heartchat or
other relevant parties, we will inspect your account to confirm whether to allow you to cancel this account. We only
conduct necessary and reasonable verification and inspection on your account cancellation behavior, and will not overly
limit your rights. If there is a situation in your account that we consider inappropriate for cancellation, we may
restrict your account cancellation behavior. If you want to understand the relevant processes or rules of Heartchat
account cancellation, please refer to the "Account Cancellation Agreement".

二、服務內容要求1.您充分瞭解並同意，"Heartchat"僅提供訊息分享、傳送及獲取之平臺，用戶必須為自己註冊帳號下之一切行為負責，包括您所傳送的任何內容以及由此產生之任何結果。於使用本服務時若有任何違反法律規定之事情，包括但不限於侵害Heartchat或第三人之知識產權或其他權利、利益之行為，應自負相關法律責任。如違反法律、本條款或Heartchat相關會員規範之規定，致Heartchat受有損害、支出費用或遭到第三人求償，應對Heartchat負損害賠償責任。用戶亦應對"Heartchat"中之內容自行加以判斷，並承擔因使用內容所引起之所有風險，包括用戶因語音內容產生正確性、完整性或實用性的依賴所造成之風險。Heartchat無法且不會對用戶任何行為或是損失承擔責任。2.您在本服務中或通過"Heartchat"所傳送的任何內容不代表Heartchat之觀點或是政策，Heartchat將不會對此承擔任何責任。3.Heartchat保留因業務發展需要，單方面對本服務的全部或部分服務內容在任何時候，可在不經任何通知的情況下變更、暫停、限制、終止或撤銷本服務的權利，用戶需承擔此風險。4."Heartchat"提供之服務中可能包括廣告，您同意在使用過程中顯示"Heartchat"和第三方供應商、合作夥伴之廣告。您應當自行判斷該廣告或推廣資訊的真實性和可靠性並為自己的判斷行為負責。除法律法規明確規定外，您因該廣告或推廣資訊進行的購買、交易或因前述內容遭受的損害或損失，您應自行承擔，"Heartchat"不予承擔責任。5.除了遵守本條款及Heartchat相關會員規範外，您在使用"Heartchat"時（例發文，直播，發佈語音訊息，貼照片、短影片等）同意遵守法律法規、社會善良風俗及遵守互聯網國際使用慣例與禮節之相關規定。除了遵守本條款及Heartchat相關會員規範外，您同意遵守互聯網國際使用慣例與禮節之相關規定。(1)
危害國家安全、洩露國家機密或損害國家名譽及利益。(2) 煽動種族仇恨、帶有種族歧視、破壞民族團結。(3) 散佈謠言、擾亂社會秩序、破壞社會穩定。(4)
猥褻、賭博、暴力、兇殺、恐怖或者教唆犯罪（含高危險性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康的內容）。(5) 侮辱或者誹謗他人。(6) 違法侵害他人知識產權或其他權利（包括但不限於姓名權、肖像權、名譽權、隱私權、代理權）。(7)
張貼、散佈、傳送、播送、公開播放或以其他任何方式展現私人的、特許的、專有的、攻擊性的、恫嚇的、暴力的、煽動暴力的、裸露的、歧視性的、不法的、仇恨性的、騷擾性的、猥褻色情的或具性暗示的資料、文字、檔案、資訊、使用者名稱、圖像、圖畫、圖片、圖示、照片、素描、聲音及影像剪輯、聲響、音樂作品、著作、連結或任何其他內容。(8)
散佈商業廣告，或類似的商業招攬資訊、過度行銷資訊及垃圾資訊。(9) 利用本平臺進行洗錢、恐怖主義活動資金籌集或向任何可能受制裁的人士或實體提供金融及其他受限服務的活動(10)
其他違反法律、本條款或Heartchat相關會員規範之規定，或有背於公共秩序或善良風俗之內容。6.Heartchat有權依其合理判斷，針對有違反法律、本條款或Heartchat相關會員規範之虞，或有侵犯、妨害、威脅任何人權利或安全之虞的內容，或者假冒他人的行為，依法停止傳輸任何前述內容，並有權自行判斷對違反條款的任何人士採取適當的法律行動，包括但不限於從本服務中刪除具有違法、侵權、不適當等內容，終止違反者的會員資格，阻止其使用"Heartchat"全部或部分服務，並且依據法律規定保存有關訊息並向有關單位呈報等。7."Heartchat"上的所有著作、服務軟體、畫面安排或所涉及之圖片、文字或其組成以及其他"Heartchat"標誌及產品、服務名稱等資料，其著作權、專利權、商標、營業秘密及其他知識產權、所有權或其他權利，均屬Heartchat或其權利人所有，除事先經Heartchat或其個別權利人之合法授權外，任何人皆不得擅自以任何形式重制、改作、編輯、散佈、傳輸或基於租用、出售、出借或其他目的加以使用，違者應自負所有法律責任，Heartchat得依法請求賠償。8."Heartchat"上之內容及軟體程式為Heartchat之智慧財產，未經Heartchat授權，不得擅自複製、進行還原工程（reverse
engineering）、解編(de-compile)或反向組譯(disassemble)等任何功能或程式。違者應自負所有法律責任，Heartchat得依法向違犯者請求賠償。
II. Requirements for Service Contents
1.You fully understand and agree that "Heartchat" only provides a platform for information sharing, transmission and
acquisition. Users must be responsible for all actions under their registered accounts, including any content you
transmit and any resulting consequences. In case of any violation of legal provisions when using this service, including
but not limited to acts that infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights and interests of Heartchat or a
third party, you should bear the relevant legal responsibilities. If you violate the law, these terms or the provisions
of the relevant membership regulations of Heartchat, and cause damage, expense or claim from a third party to Heartchat,
you should be liable to Heartchat for damages. Users should also judge the content in "Heartchat" by themselves and bear
all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks caused by the user's reliance on the correctness,
completeness or practicability of the voice content. Heartchat cannot and will not be liable for any actions or losses
of users.
2.Any content you transmit in this service or through "Heartchat" does not represent the views or policies of Heartchat,
and Heartchat will not bear any responsibility for this.
3.Heartchat reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or withdraw this service for all or
part of the service content at any time due to business development needs without any notice, and users need to bear
this risk.
4.The services provided by "Heartchat" may include advertisements, and you agree to display the advertisements of
"Heartchat" and third-party suppliers and partners during the use process. You should judge the authenticity and
reliability of the advertisement or promotional information by yourself and be responsible for your judgment behavior.
Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, you should bear by yourself for the purchase, transaction or
damage or loss suffered due to the advertisement or promotional information, and "Heartchat" will not bear the
responsibility.
5.In addition to complying with these terms and the relevant membership regulations of Heartchat, when using "Heartchat"
(such as posting, live streaming, posting voice messages, posting photos, short videos, etc.), you agree to comply with
laws and regulations, social good customs and relevant regulations of international usage customs and etiquette of the

(1) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets or damaging the national reputation and interests.

endangering the physical and mental health of the performer himself or others).
(5) Insulting or slandering others.
(6) Illegally infringing on the intellectual property rights or other rights of others (including but not limited to the
right of name, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, agency right).
(7) Posting, spreading, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly playing or presenting in any other way private, franchised,
proprietary, aggressive, intimidating, violent, inciting violence, exposed, discriminatory, illegal, hateful, harassing,
obscene pornographic or sexually suggestive materials, texts, files, information, user names, images, pictures,
pictures, icons, photos, sketches, sounds and video clips, sounds, musical works, works, links or any other content.
(8) Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information
and junk information.
(9) Using this platform for money laundering, fundraising for terrorist activities or providing financial and other
restricted services to any potentially sanctioned person or entity.
(10) Other contents that violate the provisions of laws, these terms or the relevant membership regulations of
Heartchat, or are contrary to public order or good customs.
6.Heartchat has the right, based on its reasonable judgment, to stop the transmission of any aforementioned content in
accordance with the law for the content that may violate laws, these terms or the relevant membership regulations of
Heartchat, or may infringe, obstruct or threaten the rights or safety of any person, or for the behavior of
impersonating others, and has the right to independently judge and take appropriate legal actions against any person who
violates the terms, including but not limited to deleting the content with illegal, infringing, inappropriate, etc. from
this service, terminating the membership of the violator, preventing him from using all or part of the "Heartchat"
service, and storing relevant information and reporting to relevant units in accordance with legal provisions.
7.All works, service software, screen arrangements or the involved pictures, texts or their compositions on "Heartchat",
as well as other data such as "Heartchat" logos and product and service names, their copyrights, patents, trademarks,
trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights, all belong to Heartchat or its right
holders. Except for the legal authorization by Heartchat or its individual right holders in advance, no one may
reproduce, modify, edit, spread, transmit or use for purposes such as leasing, selling, lending or others in any form
without authorization. The offender shall bear all legal responsibilities, and Heartchat may request compensation
according to law.
8.The content and software programs on "Heartchat" are the intellectual property of Heartchat. Without the authorization
of Heartchat, any functions or programs such as unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, de-compiling or disassembling
shall not be carried out. The offender shall bear all legal responsibilities, and Heartchat may request compensation
from the offender according to law.

三、本服務範圍( 一 )您可以利用本平臺所提供的各種付費方式購買"Heartchat"所提供的點數或服務。( 二 )
您可以使用Heartchat所提供之付費系統或其他服務，但必須自行配備上網所需之各項電腦設備，並負擔包括但不限於“互聯網連線費用”、“電話費用”等電信相關費用。( 三 )
您明確瞭解並同意，您在儲值或付費購買前已經過充分思考。除法律另有規定外，"Heartchat"沒有任何責任義務為您提供任何理由的退款。

III. Scope of this Service
1. You can use various payment methods provided by this platform to purchase the points or services provided by
"Heartchat".
2.You can use the payment system or other services provided by Heartchat, but you must equip yourself with various
computer equipment required for Internet access, and bear telecommunications-related expenses including but not limited
to "Internet connection fees", "telephone fees", etc.
3. You clearly understand and agree that you have fully considered before recharging or paying for purchase. Except as
otherwise provided by law, "Heartchat" has no obligation or responsibility to provide you with a refund for any reason.
四、充值與付費服務1.本平臺提供的服務可能涉及有償付費服務，若您希望獲得該服務，您可以通过本平臺所提供的付費管道進行充值以購買“Heartchat”所提供的點數或其他虛擬資產，或直接充值購買對應的付費服務。2.在充值或購買付費服務之前，請您仔細閱讀對應的點數或其他虛擬資產或付費服務的詳細內容，以確保您取得您需要的點數或其他虛擬資產或付費服務，如對充值或付費的內容有所疑問，您可以通過我們在本條款末提供的聯繫方式向我們諮詢，在您消除疑問之前請勿隨意充值。3.您應知悉，為保障您的財產安全，請選擇本平臺認可的充值管道進行充值，任何非本平臺認可的充值管道，“Heartchat”均不會為您提供對應的點數或其他虛擬資產，或提供對應的付費服務，屆時造成的一切爭議和損失由您自行承擔。4.您應知悉，您充值後獲得的點數或其他虛擬資產或付費服務，均不得轉讓於第三人。5.請您理解，出於保護您的帳戶安全與財產權益，當我們檢測到存在帳戶安全風險、存在虛假交易可能、存在缺乏對應民事行為能力之自然人（如未獲監護人許可的兒童）進行充值等情況時，我們可能拒絕您的充值要求。6.您應知悉，除非本協議另有約定，“Heartchat”提供的所有有償服務及虛擬物品（如金幣），一經購買則不可撤銷，Heartchat不為您已經購買的服務提供退款。僅在以下情況，Heartchat可以為您進行退款，您應通過我們在本條款末提供的聯繫方式申請退款，我們將審核您的申請：6.1.
通過官方儲值通路儲值金幣，付款成功並Heartchat已收到相應款項，而儲值人帳戶並未收到對應數額金幣。
請聯繫Heartchat官方客服，提供相關證明後，可申請退款;6.2.進行儲值的用戶並非自願操作付款，例如信用卡詐騙、設備被盜搶、可以證實的駭客活動導致的充值等，請聯繫Heartchat官方客服，提交相關證明且核實後，同時金幣未被消費掉，可申請退款6.3.相關法律規定可以退款的情況，請聯繫Heartchat官方LINE客服，說明相關法律規定並提交相關證明，Heartchat經審核認為退款申請符合法律規定之情形的，將會為您退款。7.您應知悉，本平臺所提供的點數或其他虛擬資產，或一切付費服務，均歸屬於“Heartchat”服務的一部分，因此：7.1您應遵守本用戶協定或其他本平臺有效的協定，合法、合理使用“Heartchat”服務，因您違反本使用者協定或其他本平臺有效的協定，“Heartchat”根據有效協議終止向您提供服務時，您充值所得的點數或其他虛擬資產，或一切付費服務，“Heartchat”概不退還。7.2如您為Heartchat內其他用戶所提供的內容支付費用，而該用戶所提供的內容存在違反適用的法律法規，或違反《Heartchat用戶協議條款》或其他Heartchat之會員規範（包括“Heartchat”內容管理及處置條例、公告事項、個別服務之規範等）的情況，而被Heartchat刪除或限制浏覽的，Heartchat不因前述行為承擔任何責任，亦不會向您退款。7.3您應注意，您充值所得的點數或其他虛擬資產，或一切付費服務，可能受到一定服務期限限制，一旦超出一定服務期限的，即使未實際使用，這些點數或其他虛擬資產或付費服務均會失效。
如存在服務期限限制，我們會明確在點數或其他虛擬資產，或付費服務上明確提示，以保障您的權益;沒有標注服務期限的或提示為“永久”（或其他類似意思的詞語）的，則服務期限直至本平臺終止運營之日。
IV. Recharge and Paid Services
1.The services provided by this platform may involve paid paid services. If you wish to obtain this service, you can
recharge through the payment channels provided by this platform to purchase the points or other virtual assets provided
by "Heartchat", or directly recharge to purchase the corresponding paid service.
2.Before recharging or purchasing a paid service, please carefully read the detailed content of the corresponding points
or other virtual assets or paid service to ensure that you obtain the points or other virtual assets or paid service you
need. If you have any questions about the recharge or paid content, you can consult us through the contact information
provided at the end of this clause. Please do not recharge casually until you have eliminated the doubts.
3.You should be aware that in order to protect your property safety, please choose the recharge channels recognized by
this platform for recharge. For any recharge channels not recognized by this platform, "Heartchat" will not provide you
with the corresponding points or other virtual assets, or provide the corresponding paid service, and all disputes and
losses caused thereby shall be borne by you.
4.You should be aware that the points or other virtual assets or paid services obtained after your recharge cannot be
transferred to a third party.
5.Please understand that in order to protect the security of your account and property rights and interests, when we
detect that there is an account security risk, there is a possibility of false transactions, and there is a situation
such as recharge by a natural person who lacks the corresponding capacity for civil conduct (such as a child who has not
obtained the permission of the guardian), we may reject your recharge request.
6.You should be aware that unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement, all paid services and virtual items (such as
gold coins) provided by "Heartchat" are non-revocable once purchased, and Heartchat does not provide a refund for the
services you have already purchased. Only in the following situations, Heartchat can refund for you. You should apply
for a refund through the contact information provided at the end of this clause, and we will review your
application:6.1. If you recharge gold coins through the official recharge channel, the payment is successful and
Heartchat has received the corresponding payment, but the corresponding amount of gold coins has not been received in
the recharger's account. Please contact the official Heartchat customer service and apply for a refund after providing
relevant proof;6.2. If the user who recharges is not a voluntary operation of payment, such as credit card fraud,
equipment being stolen or robbed, recharge caused by proven hacker activities, etc., please contact the official
Heartchat customer service, submit relevant proof and verify that the gold coins have not been consumed, and then apply
for a refund;6.3. In case of situations where refunds are provided according to relevant laws and regulations, please
contact the official LINE customer service of Heartchat, explain the relevant laws and regulations and submit relevant
proof. If Heartchat considers that the refund application is in line with the situation stipulated by law after review,
it will refund for you.
7.You should be aware that the points or other virtual assets or all paid services provided by this platform belong to a
part of the "Heartchat" service. Therefore:7.1 You should abide by this user agreement or other effective agreements of
this platform and use the "Heartchat" service legally and reasonably. When "Heartchat" terminates the service provided
to you according to the effective agreement because you violate this user agreement or other effective agreements of
this platform, the points or other virtual assets or all paid services obtained by your recharge will not be
refunded.7.2 If you pay for the content provided by other users in Heartchat, and the content provided by this user
violates the applicable laws and regulations or violates the "Heartchat User Agreement Terms" or other membership norms
of Heartchat (including the "Heartchat" content management and disposal regulations, announcements, norms of individual
services, etc.), and is deleted or restricted from browsing by Heartchat, Heartchat does not assume any responsibility
for the foregoing behavior and will not refund to you.7.3 You should note that the points or other virtual assets or all
paid services obtained by your recharge may be subject to a certain service period limit. Once it exceeds a certain
service period, even if it is not actually used, these points or other virtual assets or paid services will expire. If
there is a service period limit, we will clearly prompt on the points or other virtual assets or paid services to
protect your rights and interests; if there is no service period marked or it is indicated as "permanent" (or other
similar meaning words), the service period will be until the date when this platform terminates its operation.

五、隱私保護除非法律規定或相關主管機關要求外，Heartchat在未獲您授權時，不會任意出售、交換、出租或公開您的姓名、地址、電子郵件信箱，以及其他依法受保護的個人資訊。您也同意Heartchat於法律許可的範圍內，允許Heartchat之關係企業或合作夥伴使用您的個人資料以提供您其他服務。您同意Heartchat得就您的個人資料做成會員統計資料；如該統計資料，不涉及揭露任何會員的個人身份，您同意並允許Heartchat為任何合法公開的使用。您同意Heartchat，於下列情形發生時，得依法公開您的個人資訊：1.
受司法、員警或其他有權機關基於法定程式之要求。2. 因您的行為違反法令、本條款或Heartchat相關會員規範之規定時。3. 依法令之規定在緊急情況下為保障Heartchat其他會員或第三人之人身安全時。4.
Cookie的使用：(1)在您未拒絕接受cookies的情況下，本應用會在您的設備上設定或取用cookies
，以便您能登錄或使用依賴於cookies的本應用平臺服務或功能。本應用使用cookies可為您提供更加周到的個性化服務，包括推廣服務。(2)您有權選擇接受或拒絕接受cookies。您可以通過修改設置的方式拒絕接受cookies。但如果您選擇拒絕接受cookies，則您可能無法使用依賴於cookies的本應用網络服務或功能。(3)通過本應用所設cookies所取得的有關資訊，將適用本政策。5.
資訊安全：(1)請用戶注意勿在使用"Heartchat"服務中透露自己的各類財產帳戶、銀行卡、信用卡、第三方支付帳戶及對應密碼等重要資訊、資料，否則由此帶來的任何損失由用戶自行承擔。(2)用戶在使用"Heartchat"服務時不可將自認為隱私的資訊發表、上傳至"Heartchat"，也不可將該等資訊通過"Heartchat"的服務傳播給其他人。若用戶自身的行為引起的隱私洩露，由用戶自行承擔責任。(3)
"Heartchat"在提供服務時可能會搜集用戶資訊，"Heartchat"將告知用戶用意來源。(4)用戶知悉並瞭解，就下列相關事宜的發生，"Heartchat"不承擔任何法律責任：(5)
"Heartchat"根據法律規定或相關政府、司法機關的要求提供您的個人資訊(6)由於用戶將用戶帳號資訊和密碼等重要資訊告知他人或與他人共用註冊帳戶，由此導致的任何個人資訊洩露，或其他非因"Heartchat"的原因導致的個人資訊洩露。(7)任何由於駭客攻擊、電腦病毒侵入造成的資訊洩露。(8)因不可抗力導致的資訊洩露。

V. Privacy ProtectionUnless stipulated by law or required by relevant competent authorities, Heartchat will not sell,
exchange, rent out or publicly disclose your name, address, email address, and other personal information protected by
law without your authorization. You also consent that within the scope permitted by law, Heartchat allows its affiliated
enterprises or partners to use your personal data to provide you with other services. You agree that Heartchat can make
member statistical data from your personal data; if such statistical data does not involve disclosing the personal
identity of any member, you consent and allow Heartchat to use it for any legally public use. You consent that Heartchat
may legally disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
1.When required by judicial, police or other authorized authorities based on legal procedures.
2.When your behavior violates laws, this clause or the regulations of Heartchat-related membership.
3.In accordance with legal provisions to protect the personal safety of other members or third parties of Heartchat in
emergency situations.
4.Use of Cookies:(1) In case you do not refuse to accept cookies, this application will set or access cookies on your
device so that you can log in or use the application platform services or functions that rely on cookies. The use of
cookies by this application can provide you with more considerate personalized services, including promotion
services.(2) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by
modifying the settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to use the application
network services or functions that rely on cookies.(3) The relevant information obtained through the cookies set by this
application will be subject to this policy.
5.Information Security:(1) Please ask users to pay attention not to disclose important information and materials such as
various types of property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords
in the use of the "Heartchat" service, otherwise any losses resulting therefrom shall be borne by the users
themselves.(2) When using the "Heartchat" service, users cannot publish and upload information that they consider
private to "Heartchat", nor can they spread such information to others through the service of "Heartchat". If the
privacy disclosure is caused by the user's own behavior, the user shall bear the responsibility.(3) "Heartchat" may
collect user information when providing services, and "Heartchat" will inform the user of the source of the
intention.(4) Users are aware and understand that "Heartchat" does not assume any legal responsibility for the
occurrence of the following related matters:(5) "Heartchat" provides your personal information according to the
requirements of laws and regulations or relevant governments and judicial authorities.(6) Due to users informing others
of important information such as user account information and passwords or sharing registered accounts with others,
resulting in any personal information disclosure, or other personal information disclosure not caused by "Heartchat".(7)
Any information disclosure caused by hacker attacks and computer virus intrusions.(8) Information disclosure due to
force majeure.

六、個人資料保護Heartchat根據個人資料保護法第八條規定，告知以下個人資料保護事宜：1.
Heartchat可能因會員註冊、浏覽網頁或APP、線上交易、線上活動、提供服務、行銷推廣等目的，依Heartchat隱私權保護政策、個人資料保護法及相關法令之規定搜集、處理及利用您的個人資料。2.您可依您的需要提供以下個人資料：姓名、出生年月日、國民身份證統一編號、連絡方式(包括但不限於電話號碼、E-MAIL或居住地址)或其他得以直接或間接識別您個人之資料。3.您同意Heartchat以您所提供的個人資料進行輔助程式查緝、個人資料變更確認、簡訊宣傳、社群聯繫、活動得獎通知、規章修改通知等服務，以便確認您的身份、與您進行連絡、提供您Heartchat及關係企業或合作夥伴之相關服務及資訊，以及其他隱私權保護政策規範之使用方式。4.
您同意Heartchat利用您的個人資料之期間為，自即日起至您與Heartchat間所有契約均終止前。5. 您可依個人資料保護法，就您的個人資料向Heartchat
(1)請求查詢或閱覽、(2)請求補充或更正。但因Heartchat執行職務或業務所必需者，Heartchat得拒絕之。6.您可自由選擇是否提供Heartchat您的個人資料，但若您所提供之個人資料，經檢舉或Heartchat發現不足以確認您的身份真實性或有其他個人資料冒用、盜用、資料不實等情形，Heartchat有權暫時停止提供對您的服務，亦包含任何活動得獎、各類宣傳等，若有不便之處敬請見諒。7.
除上述之個人資料保護事宜外，本服務條款內，各類包含個人資料保護之專案，亦涵蓋在內。
VI. Personal Data ProtectionIn accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, Heartchat informs the
following matters regarding personal data protection:
1.Heartchat may collect, process and utilize your personal data in accordance with the privacy protection policy of
Heartchat, the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations for purposes such as member registration, browsing
webpages or APPs, online transactions, online activities, providing services, marketing promotion, etc.
2.You can provide the following personal data according to your needs: name, date of birth, national identity card
uniform number, contact methods (including but not limited to phone numbers, E-MAIL or residential address) or other
data that can directly or indirectly identify you.
3.You agree that Heartchat uses the personal data you provided for services such as auxiliary program investigation,
personal data change confirmation, SMS promotion, social community connection, activity award notification, regulation
modification notification, etc., in order to confirm your identity, contact with you, provide you with relevant services
and information of Heartchat and affiliated enterprises or partners, and other usage methods stipulated in the privacy
protection policy.
4.You agree that the period during which Heartchat uses your personal data is from now until all contracts between you
and Heartchat are terminated.
5.You can request Heartchat to (1) request for query or reading, and (2) request for supplementation or correction
regarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. However, Heartchat may refuse if it is
necessary for the performance of its duties or business.
6.You can freely choose whether to provide your personal data to Heartchat. However, if the personal data you provided
is insufficient to confirm the authenticity of your identity after being reported or discovered by Heartchat, or there
are other situations such as misappropriation, theft, or false data of personal data, Heartchat has the right to
temporarily stop providing services to you, including any activity awards, various types of promotions, etc. Please
excuse us for any inconvenience.
7.In addition to the personal data protection matters mentioned above, various projects including personal data
protection in these service terms are also covered.


七、服務中止、終止與變更1.於發生下列情形之一時，Heartchat有權停止或中斷提供服務。對因此而產生之困擾、不便或損害，Heartchat對任何會員或第三人均不負任何責任：（1）對本服務之相關軟硬體設備與電子通信設備進行必要之保養及施工時。（2）發生突發性之軟硬體設備與電子通信設備故障時。（3）在緊急情況下為維護其他會員或第三人之人身安全時。（4）任何因第三人可能通過本服務傳輸的任何軟體錯誤、病毒、木馬或類似性質的程式而导致Heartchat無法提供全部或一部服務時。（5）因天災等不可抗力之因素致使Heartchat無法提供服務時。2.
服務變更權利Heartchat保留隨時停止或更改各項服務內容或依合約終止會員帳戶服務之權利，且不另行個別通知。就停止或更改服務或終止會員帳戶服務所可能產生之困擾、不便或損害，Heartchat對會員或第三人均不負責。3.
會員若有下列任一情形時，Heartchat有權立即終止或變更任一會員帳號之服務。就終止或更改會員使用本服務所可能產生之困擾、不便或損害，Heartchat對任何會員或第三人均不負任何責任。（1）會員登錄不實資料進行註冊。（2）以Heartchat名稱、"Heartchat"，或以類似前述所有個人、公司、平臺或頻道名稱使用本服務者。（3）使用中文、英文及數字以外之字元或不雅文字、圖像，作為本服務之名稱。（4）冒用他人名義申請本服務之帳號。（5）使用虛偽不正之方式進行儲值。（6）違反本條款或Heartchat相關會員規範時。（7）將會員帳號買賣、轉讓、出租或出借予他人使用。（8）違反公共安全、公共秩序或善良風俗之行為。（9）違反現行法律之行為。（10）利用任何系統或工具，對Heartchat所提供的服務、伺服器或網路進行干擾、惡意攻擊或破壞。（11）利用插件、病毒程式、程式漏洞(BUG)或其他違反公平合理之方式參與平臺活動。
VII. Service Suspension, Termination and Change
1.When one of the following situations occurs, Heartchat has the right to stop or suspend the provision of services.
Heartchat is not liable to any member or third party for any distress, inconvenience or damage caused thereby:(1) When
necessary maintenance and construction are carried out on the relevant software and hardware equipment and electronic
communication equipment of this service.(2) When a sudden failure of software and hardware equipment and electronic
communication equipment occurs.(3) When it is necessary to maintain the personal safety of other members or third
parties in an emergency situation.(4) When Heartchat is unable to provide all or part of the services due to any
software errors, viruses, Trojan horses or programs of a similar nature that may be transmitted by any third party
through this service.(5) When Heartchat is unable to provide services due to force majeure factors such as natural
disasters.
2.Right to Service ChangeHeartchat reserves the right to stop or change the content of various services at any time or
terminate the member account service according to the contract, without separate individual notice. Heartchat is not
liable to members or third parties for any distress, inconvenience or damage that may occur due to the suspension or
change of services or the termination of the member account service.
3.If a member has any of the following situations, Heartchat has the right to immediately terminate or change the
service of any member account. Heartchat is not liable to any member or third party for any distress, inconvenience or
damage that may occur due to the termination or change of the member's use of this service.(1) The member registers with
false information for registration.(2) Uses this service with the name of Heartchat, "Heartchat", or any individual,
company, platform or channel name similar to the foregoing.(3) Uses characters or vulgar words and images other than
Chinese, English and numbers as the name of this service.(4) Applies for an account of this service under the name of
others.(5) Uses false and improper ways to recharge.(6) When violating this clause or the relevant member norms of
Heartchat.(7) Buys, sells, transfers, leases or lends the member account to others for use.(8) Behaves in violation of
public safety, public order or good customs.(9) Behaves in violation of current laws.(10) Uses any system or tool to
interfere with, maliciously attack or destroy the services, servers or networks provided by Heartchat.(11) Participates
in platform activities by using plug-ins, virus programs, program loopholes (BUGs) or other ways that violate fairness
and reasonableness.

八、責任限制( 一 )您瞭解Heartchat對於Heartchat所提供之服務，除本條款或其他會員相關規範另有規定者外，對Heartchat各類服務並不提供任何明示或默示的擔保，包括但不限於商業適用性、特定目的之適用性及未侵害他人權利。(
二 ) Heartchat不保證各項服務的穩定、無誤及不中斷，您認知並願意承擔使用本服務的風險及可能致生的任何損害 :
若因ISP網路線路品質不良或Heartchat、其他協力廠商或相關電信業者網路系統軟硬體設備之故障或失靈，或人為操作上之疏失而造成中斷、暫時無法使用、遲延、資料傳輸或儲存上之錯誤，或遭第三人侵入系統篡改或偽造變造資料等，造成遊戲進行中產生延遲或進度回溯的情形，而造成您的損失，Heartchat將不負賠償責任。(
三 )
Heartchat將依既有之規劃提供各項服務，對於使用者之特殊需求，Heartchat不擔保本服務將完全符合您的需求。（四）因為您使用本服務而生之相關賠償限制均以事實發生之伺服器所在當地國家相關法規為准。若您對於本服務內容加以修改或不依本條款使用方式與其他軟體連結使用，及其他非可歸責於Heartchat而導致的損害，Heartchat概不負責。（五）在任何情況下，Heartchat均不對任何間接性、後果性、懲罰性、偶然性、特殊性、或刑罰性的損害，包括因用戶使用本服務而遭受的利潤損失，承擔責任（即使Heartchat已被告知該損失的可能性亦然）。（六）Heartchat對您承擔的全部責任，無論原因為何或何種模式，以您在會員有效期間內因使用本服務而支付給Heartchat的費用為限（若有）。
VIII. Limitation of Liability
(1) You understand that for the services provided by Heartchat, except as otherwise stipulated in this clause or other
member-related norms, Heartchat does not provide any express or implied warranties for all types of services of
Heartchat, including but not limited to commercial applicability, applicability for specific purposes and
non-infringement of the rights of others.
(2) Heartchat does not guarantee the stability, accuracy and non-interruption of various services. You recognize and are
willing to bear the risks of using this service and any possible damages that may occur: In case of poor quality of the
ISP network line or failure or malfunction of the software and hardware equipment of the network system of Heartchat,
other collaborating manufacturers or related telecommunications operators, or human operational negligence resulting in
interruption, temporary inability to use, delay, errors in data transmission or storage, or being invaded by a third
party to tamper with or forge and distort data, etc., resulting in delays or progress rollbacks during the game, which
causes your losses, Heartchat will not be liable for compensation.
(3) Heartchat will provide various services according to the existing plan. For the special needs of users, Heartchat
does not guarantee that this service will fully meet your needs.
(4) Because the relevant compensation limitations arising from your use of this service are subject to the relevant laws
and regulations of the local country where the server where the facts occur. If you modify the content of this service
or use it in connection with other software not in accordance with the usage method of this clause, and other damages
not attributable to Heartchat, Heartchat will not be responsible.
(5) Under no circumstances will Heartchat be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or
penal damages, including loss of profits suffered by users due to their use of this service (even if Heartchat has been
informed of the possibility of such loss).
(6) The total liability of Heartchat to you, regardless of the reason or mode, is limited to the fees paid to Heartchat
by you for using this service during the validity period of the membership (if any).
